BIKESH 2026: New Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan
BIKESH, the programme ARNUR CREDIT runs as part of its support for women's entrepreneurship, entered a new stage of development in 2026. The project gives women entrepreneurs the chance to gain knowledge, exchange experience, showcase their businesses and receive financial support.
Over the years, BIKESH has become one of the key projects supporting women's entrepreneurial initiatives. An integral part of the programme is the "Syrlasu" educational track, held since 2019. Over this period, more than 800 women entrepreneurs have taken part in the programme's events.
Within "Syrlasu", participants gain the practical knowledge and modern tools needed to grow a business, share experience and build connections with the community of women entrepreneurs.
BIKESH 2026 — a renewed format and new opportunities
In 2026 the format of the BIKESH programme has been updated and the opportunities for participants expanded. New categories have been introduced and the prize fund increased.
The competition is open to women working across different business sectors and at any stage of their entrepreneurial journey. This makes it possible to support not only established businesses, but also new ventures and promising entrepreneurial projects.
This year the competition is held across 5 categories:
The winners will receive cash grants to develop their businesses, and finalists will be presented with valuable gifts from ARNUR CREDIT.
Another innovation in 2026 is the option to apply online. Participants can present the story of their business, their experience, achievements and future development plans through a video presentation.
The BIKESH 2026 award ceremony — 9 October
The project's main event is the BIKESH 2026 gala award ceremony, to be held on 9 October 2026.
It is the closing stage of this annual project, dedicated to celebrating the achievements and successes of women in business and recognising their entrepreneurial initiatives and hard work.
During the ceremony the results of the competition will be announced, and finalists in all 5 categories will receive cash grants and valuable gifts from ARNUR CREDIT.
BIKESH is more than a competition or a chance to obtain financial support. It is a platform where women entrepreneurs gain new knowledge, share experience, meet like-minded people and find fresh momentum for growing their businesses.
