The history of our company
2001 - 2004
LLP MFO «Arnur Credit» was founded in 2001, the head office is located in Shymkent
2004 - 2009
Since 2004, we continue to expand our branch network by opening branches and offices in cities and villages of the Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2010
We became full members of the Microfinance Center for Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS countries (Warsaw, Poland)
2011 - 2012

2013 – 2014
We have launched the project «Strengthening Human Resources Policies and Procedures» at «Arnur Credit», co-financed by IFC and Incofin Investment Management.
ARNUR CREDIT became one of the partners of the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development).
2015
In June 2015, we successfully passed the state re-registration as a microfinance organization (MFO) «Arnur Credit» and were included in the register of microfinance organizations in the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016
In October 2016, the «Arnur Credit» received a Smart Campaign certificate, confirming the company's commitment to the Principles of Protection of Customer Protection Smart Campaign (CPP). The status of a certificate has been valid for four years. Certified institutions must undergo an intermediate audit after two years from the date of its receipt
2018
In October 2018, Microfinanza Rating (Italy) conducted an interim audit and confirmed that «Arnur Credit» continues to fully comply with the Smart Campaign Client Protection Principles (CPP). Thus, the certificate is valid until October 2020
2021
In March 2021, «Arnur Credit» received a license to carry out microfinance activities from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the regulation and development of financial markets
2022
In February 2022, «Arnur Credit» registered bonds on the stock exchange (KASE) and received a credit rating from Fitch Ratings - «B. Forecast stable»
2023
1) On December 12, 2023 were signed the loan agreements between the EBRD and ARNUR CREDIT during the launch of the “Youth in Business” program in Central Asia. 2) On December 2023, the first gender bonds ARNUR CREDIT were issued on the Kazakhstan Exchange. 3) ARNUR CREDIT received the highest level of certification for customer protection principles - Gold.

ARNUR CREDIT operates in the market over 23 years. Today the company has 47 offices in 5 regions and 2 cities of republican significance.
Zaza Pirtskhelava is the CEO of JSC Credo Bank since 2017 to present. From 2014 to 2017 he was CEO of MFO Credo. In 1992 he graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Economic Statistics. After that he continued to get an education in Free University Business School ESM and in 2004 he became a Master of Financial Management. Zaza graduated from Harvard Business School's 2012 General Management Program (GMP). In 2022 he graduated from Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP). He has also successfully completed more than 25 training courses in business, finance, banking and general management in Georgia and Europe.

Raushan Kurbanalieva
Ms. Raushan Kurbanalieva graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Economic and Social Planning. He has an MBA – Master of Business Administration degree from Almaty Management University, as well as certificates of CAP, USAID / CAMFA II "Financial services for rural areas and agriculture", an intensive MBA course and the A. Galunin School of Business Management.
Ms. Raushan Kurbanalieva has more than fifteen years of experience as Chairman of the Management Board of MFO Arnur Credit LLP. Engaged in attracting investments and grant funds from international investors. During its work under the leadership of Ms. Kurbanalieva, the Company has gone from a regional to one of the largest MFIs in Kazakhstan.
Ms. Raushan Kurbanalieva also has a long experience of membership in the Board of Directors. For more than three years he has been a member of the Board of Directors in the Microfinance Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan; for more than five years he has been an independent member of the Board of Directors in JSC «Shardarinskaya HPP»; for more than four years he has been a member of the Board of Directors in CJSC MDO «Humo» - one of the leading microfinance companies in Tajikistan.

Damir Kakiyev
Mr. Damir Kakiyev has successful experience in improving internal operation in a bank and building an effective management systems.
He worked in different banks, where he developed and launched various digital products that helped to develop clients database, increase the level of digitalization in transactions of the institutions. Mr. Kakiyev studied standardization and certification of agricultural product at Kostanai State University and holds MBA in finance and credit.
Natalie is a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder of Arnur Credit, one of the largest microfinance organizations in Kazakhstan. Natalie is also the Executive Vice President of Cotton CZ, an international cotton trading company representing Kazakhstani cotton on the world market.
Previously, she worked as a professional management consultant in Washington, DC, specializing in strategic communications and fundraising. She worked with her clients on the development and implementation of their marketing and business strategy, as well as managed their relationships with government agencies, international donor agencies and foundations. Ms. Zadzhikova also held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Independent North American Council on Kazakhstan (INACK), where she was responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of the Council. As the company's main point of contact with the governments of the United States, Europe and Eurasia, as well as private sector leaders, she actively promoted the strengthening of bilateral business and economic relations and investments.
Prior to joining the private sector, Ms. Zadzhikova was a senior fellow at the Institute for New Democracies, managing numerous international projects aimed at economic and democratic transition, legal reform, energy security and human rights. She has also worked for the European Energy Security Program CSIS and at Freedom House.
Ms. Zadzhikova holds a degree in international relations from Syracuse University. She was a visiting researcher at Moscow State University and speaks English, Czech and Russian fluently.

Shabdan Tagaev
Template has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including extensive regional experience in Central Asia and Eastern Europe, working for OikoCredit and Incofin Investment Management. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Ararat Bank, Armenia.
Shabdan received his first degree in law from the Kyrgyz State National University, as well as an MBA from the School of Management of the University of Bath in the UK.
He currently works as a Senior Investment Manager at Incofin Investment Management, covering Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan.

John Staub
John is an experienced banker and consultant. He grew up in Zimbabwe, South Africa, graduated from the London University of Economics and Politics, and then received a master's degree in political science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Having worked for 21 years in the banking sector in Israel and the UK, he has worked on many banking consulting projects in the UK and CIS countries for the last 25 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of banking, including corporate governance, lending, risk management, audit and strategy.
He served on the supervisory boards of several financial institutions in the UK, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus.

Nurgali Bekkalievich
Mr. Nurgali Kopbosynov started working at Arnur Credit MFO LLP as Director of the Treasury Department in 2008, and in 2011 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Prior to joining Arnur Credit MFO LLP, Mr. N. Kopbosynov held a number of high positions in the banking sector, including as Chairman of the Management Board of Agrocredit Ordabasy LLP, Chief Accountant at Neftekhimbank JSC, Trust Bank AIB and Turkestan Bank JSC.
Mr. N. Kopbosynov received a degree in law from the International University of Humanities and Technology, as well as a degree in economics and Management in construction from the Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Construction. He continued training in several certification and training programs, including the Institute of Professional Accountants, Training on the development of relations between MFIs and commercial banks by the World Bank and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Microfinance Center, training on the Branch Network of MFIs: graduated from the full course of the Business Coach A.Galunin School of Management.

Assem Aidarovna
Assem Aidarovna Egizbekova is a member of the Management Board and Deputy Chairman of the Lending Management Board, supervises issues related to the management and development of lending and the branch network.
Ms. Yegizbekova joined Arnur Credit in 2021 as Managing Director for the Implementation of Innovation processes, with her arrival was first developed and implemented digital strategy in the Company.
Ms. Yegizbekova has 16 years of experience in the financial sector, including more than 10 years in microfinance. She has extensive experience in SME lending, product development and implementation, as well as project management.
Ms. Yegizbekova is a graduate of Physics and Mathematics school, has two high educations: technical and financial. Among others, she has an MBA-Intensive certificate: Strategic management in crisis time, advanced training, as well as a certificate from IFC DIGILAB FINANCE, World Bank Group "Accelerating Digital Transformation".

Ayman Nurlanovna
Ms. Bakhtybayeva joined the Arnur Credit team in 2014 as a regional manager. In 2018, she was promoted to Director of the Lending Department, and in 2019 she became Director of the Risk Management Department.
Prior to Arnur Credit, she worked for 12 years at KT ORDA Credit LLP in various positions, starting from the cashier to the head of the lending department. Ms. Bakhtybayeva participated in various training seminars from the EBRD, IFC, ADB and others for top management, has a number of certificates.
Ms. Bakhtybayeva graduated from Taraz State University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
The purpose of the charitable and sponsorship activities of LLP MFO «Arnur Credit» is to increase the social responsibility of the company, consolidate personnel, increase the level of responsibility and self-esteem.
