Get a consultation from a credit expert and ask him questions about obtaining a microcredit;

Early repayment of a microcredit without penalties. With early repayment of a microcredit, you can get a second microcredit after the expiration of 3 working days.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the services provided, file a complaint with an employee at the Branches and Head Office of the MFO;

If necessary, apply for the restructuring of the microcredit (change of the repayment date and/or extension of the term of the microcredit according to the internal rules of the MFO, the commission for the extension of the term in the amount of 0.5% of the extension amount);

Your financial and commercial data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Consequences in case of overdue microcredit:
Deterioration of credit history;

Refusal to further issue a microcredit;

Daily calculation of fines in the amount of 0.3% of the overdue amount;

The imposition of debt collection on Garanta;

Reimbursement of expenses for state duty in the amount of 3% of the amount of the debt in case of fulfillment of obligations by decision in court;

Payment of services for judicial execution in the amount of up to 25% of the amount of recovery.

When receiving a microcredit, ask the Credit Expert:
Interest rate of your microcredit;

Received amount of microcredit and overpayment for it;

The term of your microcredit;

The size of the commission and other expenses associated with the organization of microcredit;

Possibility of early repayment of the microcredit;

Show a preliminary microcredit repayment schedule. The client himself can propose the date of repayment of the monthly installment. For example, on the 10th of every month.

Microcredit repayments must be made only at the cash desks of MFO «Arnur Credit» LLP (through the bank's current account, terminal). When paying, require a fiscal check and a cash receipt order from the cashier. It is forbidden to transfer (leave) funds to company employees!

«Arnur Credit» works without intermediaries. Persons who offer to issue a microcredit for a certain fee have nothing to do with the activities of the company. Please, if you come across individuals offering to apply for a microcredit for a certain fee or service, please report using the above methods of filing complaints.

Credit experts of «Arnur Credit» consult clients free of charge at the company's office or at the client's workplace.

Do not be careless in financial matters. Remember, no one can force you to get a microcredit, so do not give in to the persuasion of your acquaintances or friends to get a microcredit for them. Remember, the microcredit obligations will be borne by the person in whose name the microcredit agreement is drawn up, and you will not be able to prove that the microcredit was not received by you.

No one has the right to force you to take a microcredit. You have the right to refuse a microcredit before receiving money from the cash desk of the MFO or before the receipt of microcredit funds to your bank account.

When receiving a microcredit, it is necessary to count the funds without leaving the cash desk. In «Arnur Credit», if necessary, the client can reconcile with the cashier and verify the completeness of the amount received on hand (the amount of the microcredit under the agreement minus the amount of the commission for issuing the microcredit, which is known to the client in advance). There should be no other expenses for the client before issuance.

«Arnur Credit» policy prohibits employees from borrowing money or other material goods or services from customers. Therefore, please stop such actions and not contribute to the creation of such situations. Remember that you can not transfer any money to employees of the company, this is a violation of financial discipline!

The commission for consideration of the microcredit and for cash services will be deducted when issuing the microcredit. You will receive the amount minus the commission.
