A special program that combines financial and non-financial services, especially for women working in the agricultural sector

We have developed a special program called «BIKESH», which combines financial and non-financial services, especially for women working in the agricultural sector.

Under the «Bikesh» program, a special series of non-formal educational events for women entrepreneurs in rural areas called «Syrlasu» provides women with a comfortable environment to exchange ideas and experiences and increase their knowledge.

Also, since 2021, the Qoldau-Bikesh Foundation has been established, which provides support to women entrepreneurs, namely clients who have completed the Bikesh financial training program as part of the «Syrlasu» seminars.

The Fund is engaged in supporting social, cultural, educational, charitable projects aimed at improving the health and well-being of the population through the support of clients of the MFO «Arnur Credit»

Educational program «Syrlasu»

The «Syrlasu» program is aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs in the South Kazakhstan region in developing their business and personal skills. The Sirlasu program is a series of workshops for women entrepreneurs in rural areas. The program explores and discusses important business topics in an informal setting over a cup of coffee. The name «Syrlasu» in translation from Kazakh means «heart to heart». Thanks to the seminars, women received comfortable conditions for communication, discussion of new ideas, exchange of knowledge and experience.

The «Syrlasu» program is a series of seminars that involve rural women entrepreneurs in the process of learning and discussing important business topics in an informal setting over a cup of coffee. The name «Syrlasu» in Kazakh means «heart-to-heart talk». Thanks to the seminars, women received comfortable conditions for communication, discussion of new ideas, exchange of knowledge and experience.

The «Syrlasu» program is carried out in several stages, one topic for each month in four regions (Yasi, Aksu, Shymkent and Saryagash). In 2019, 12 «Syrlasu» seminars were organized: 4 seminars on the topic «Financial Management» in October, 4 seminars on the topic «Taxation» in November and 4 seminars on the topic «Emotion Management” in December.

MFO «Arnur Credit» attracted more than 200 rural women entrepreneurs in the framework of the educational program «Syrlasu» in 2019. At the end of the training program of 6 topics, entrepreneurs received certificates that allow them to receive microcredit on more favorable terms.

In 2020, «Arnur Credit» continues online seminars, expanding the geography of seminars for women entrepreneurs in 4 other regions - in Almaty, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl regions and in the regions of Ordabasy.

In 2021, the Qoldau-Bereke Foundation launched the Bikesh program to support women entrepreneurs. The foundation continues to implement social and educational initiatives, one of which is the "Sırlasu" seminars.

Since April 2022, the foundation has been implementing a project to subsidize interest rates for clients of the Arnur Credit microfinance organization.

In 2023, three training seminars were held in seven regions, and five women entrepreneurs received subsidies.

In 2024, three training seminars were held in five regions, reaching more than 100 women entrepreneurs.

In December 2024, the inaugural awards ceremony for BIKESH 2024 "Sırlasu" participants took place. The event was attended by women entrepreneurs from five regions, as well as representatives of the EBRD, the Qoldau-Bereke Foundation, ARNUR CREDIT employees, and the media.

As part of the event, competitions were organized among women entrepreneurs. The grand prize of 500,000 tenge was awarded to Gulnar Arystanbekova. A total of 13 entrepreneurs received cash prizes of various amounts, and three participants won training sessions with qualified EBRD specialists.

Since 2019, the "Sırlasu" program has brought together more than 500 women entrepreneurs. Upon completing the training, participants received certificates granting them the right to access microloans on favorable terms.

In 2025, two training seminars were held across six regions of the country, with more than 170 women entrepreneurs participating.

In October 2025, the second award ceremony for participants of the BIKESH 2025 “Syrlasu” program took place. The event brought together women entrepreneurs from six regions, representatives of the EBRD, the Qoldau-Bereke Foundation, ARNUR CREDIT employees, members of the “Atameken” Chamber of Entrepreneurs, as well as media representatives.

Traditionally, the ceremony featured competitions among women entrepreneurs. The grand prize of 500,000 tenge was awarded to Zhanerke Saparova. A total of ten participants received cash prizes of varying amounts.

Since its launch in 2019, the “Syrlasu” program has united more than 600 women entrepreneurs. Upon completing the training, participants receive certificates that provide access to microloans on preferential terms.
